Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the item you purchase. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Bytes and its representatives reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstances: In the event of the designated address falling outside the delivery zone offered on our platform; Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order placement; Failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery; Unavailability of all the items ordered by the customer at the time of booking the order; or Failure due to reasons beyond our control or attributable to the Vendor. You must notify the Bytes immediately if you decide to cancel your order, preferably by phone, and quote your order number. Users cannot cancel the order on app when the restaurant confirms your order start preparing. For further cancellation you should contact the restaurant. If the cancellation was made in time and once the restaurant has accepted your cancellation, we will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card with the full amount, as the case may be within 5-7 days which includes delivery charges and other charges which you paid for the while ordering. We may cancel a order if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made.
Customer may be entitled to a refund for prepaid Orders. You shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for your order at the time of placing your order on the Services and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:
We will be cancelling your order due to
(A) your delivery location following outside our designated delivery zones
(B) failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking
or Cancelling the order at the time of confirmation due to unavailability of the items you ordered for at the time of booking.
Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
Failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery or
Unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order; or
Refunds for cancelled orders or when one or more items are not available are payed directly to your payment account or payed as cash at the time of delivery.
